Terms of Service

1. Custom orders

All products are custom-made to your request. Because each piece is made for you, orders are confirmed once you approve the quote and (where applicable) the design preview. Production begins after confirmation.

2. Pricing

Quoted prices are confirmed before production. Shipping is quoted separately and depends on weight, size and destination. Prices are benchmarked against the handmade market but final quotes may vary with material and complexity.

3. Production and shipping

Production and shipping timelines are estimates. We ship by tracked small package from China. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier.

4. Returns and defects

As custom-made items, orders cannot be returned for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the approved preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
