What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece. That’s the whole point — we custom-make single items, so you never have to buy in bulk.
Do you really match handmade-market prices?
We benchmark against the handmade market. If a comparable item sells for a given price on the handmade market, our custom quote stays in that same range. Final price depends on material, complexity and quantity.
How do I order?
There is no online checkout. You describe your idea on WhatsApp or the request form, we quote it, and once you approve we make and ship it.
Can you make any product in any handmade category?
Our category tree spans the full handmade market, and we work with specialized factories across materials. Send us your idea — we’ll tell you honestly if it’s feasible.
How much is shipping?
We ship from China by tracked small package. Indicative rates start around $3 for the lightest items; your exact cost is confirmed at quote time.
How long does a custom order take?
Typical production is 3–10 days depending on complexity, plus shipping of 7–15 days. We confirm the timeline before you pay.
Can I see a preview before it ships?
Yes. For most custom pieces we send a photo or design proof for your approval before shipping.
What if I want more than one piece later?
No problem. Start with one, and we can re-order at any quantity — usually with a better per-unit price at higher volumes.
